Questions communities ask before they start.

Do our members pay anything?

Never. Your entire community joins free — only the organization pays. A small, fair price means we work for you, not for advertisers.

How does the trial work?

Every plan starts with 30 fully-featured days — every feature, full limits. When the trial ends you pick a plan; there is no free tier.

What if we outgrow our plan?

Add blocks whenever you need them — +500 members for €15 a month or +100 GB of storage for €5 a month — or move up a tier. Members are counted once per month, so seasonal spikes around Easter or Christmas won't surprise you.

How do people join a community?

An admin invites them — personally by email, or with a shareable invite link that can carry a usage cap and a label. Invite links are permanent, human-readable permalinks: safe to print.

Which devices does Tendvine run on?

Native apps for iOS, Android, macOS, Windows and Linux. In the browser, community pages and invite links are open to everyone — signing in unlocks your communities on the web.

How is our community kept safe?

Communities can require two-factor for everyone, disable passwords entirely, allowlist IP ranges and cap sessions. Members can report content in eight categories, and moderators act on a real queue.

Can we leave and take our data?

Yes. A full data export is always available. Your community is yours.
